The Vice-Chancellor's Committee on External Relations

The scope of the committee’s work is the University’s interaction with the surrounding community, i e the general public, the public sector, organisations, trade and industry. The committee is to see to it that the measures stated in the University’s strategic plan concerning external relations are implemented throughout the University and to report back to the Vice-Chancellor. This includes preparing proposals for decisions to be made by the Vice-Chancellor. The committee may also raise other issues, in which case the Vice-Chancellor decides on the further handling of each matter. The committee is also a forum for discussion and the sharing of experience between the faculties concerning external relations.
